Oma’s Rolls

     (1)    Flour Mixture       

6 cups of flour

1/3 cup of sugar

 Pinch of salt                 

Mix together and put it aside   

     (2) Water Mixture

3 packages of yeast

2 cups of warm water

add pinch of salt

2 eggs at room temperature  and mix with water mixture

(3)   Slowly add the flour mixture to the water mixture and stir slowly.

(4)   Let it rise to about double in size (about 20 minutes)

(5)   Make balls.  Form each ball into12” long strings. Fold and shape

strings into a Rosette.

(6)    Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 to 20 Minutes.
