Oma’s Kalarney Bread

Creamed Mixture:

1 Cup butter                           2 Cups (1 pint) sour cream

2 Cups sugar                          2 tsps. Vanilla

Cream above ingredients together.  Add 4 eggs one at a time.

Dry Mixture:  Combine in another bowl:

4 Cups of flour                2 tsps. baking powder

2 tsps. baking soda                1 tsp. salt

Topping: 

1 tsp. cinnamon                    ½ Cup brown sugar

½ Cup white sugar

Add Creamed Mixture and Dry Mixture together.  Pour in a greased

9 X 13 pan and alternately lay a layer of the new mixture and a layer

of Topping.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.
